Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started as a coach?

Download Trainary from the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Coach role during onboarding. You can start creating exercises, building workout programs, and inviting clients right away.

How do I invite my clients?

Go to the Clients tab and tap "Invite Client." Share the generated invitation code with your client. Once they enter the code in their app, you'll be connected and can start assigning workouts.

Can I import my existing workout programs?

Yes. Trainary supports importing programs from photos and spreadsheets. Tap the import button on your dashboard, snap a photo of your program or select a spreadsheet, and Trainary will extract the exercises, sets, and reps automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile, and select "Delete Account." All your data will be permanently removed. You can also request account deletion by emailing us at support@trainary.fit.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Trainary uses Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with industry-standard encryption for data storage and transmission. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
